2. 取得する個人情報2. Information We Collect
当社は、本サービスの提供にあたり、以下の個人情報を取得することがあります。 （1）氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、請求先住所 （2）アカウント情報（ユーザー ID、パスワードのハッシュ値等） （3）決済に関する情報（請求先、領収書宛名等／クレジットカード番号自体は当社では保持せず、決済代行会社にて処理されます） （4）本サービスの利用ログ、端末情報、IP アドレス、Cookie 情報 （5）お問い合わせフォームまたはメールにて利用者から提供される情報
