Japanese consumption tax (10%) is added to the listed price for customers billed in Japan. Internet connection fees, data charges, and other communication costs incurred while using the service are borne by the customer.

Charged to the credit card immediately upon order confirmation. For annual subscriptions, the subscription automatically renews and is charged every one year from the contract date unless the customer cancels.

決済完了後、ご登録のメールアドレス宛にライセンスキーを即時送付いたします。アプリケーション本体は本サイト（https://www.mongodesk.com）より即時ダウンロードいただけます。本サービスは電子的に提供されるデジタル商品であり、物理的な配送はございません。

A license key is sent to the registered email address immediately after successful payment. The application itself can be downloaded instantly from this site (https://www.mongodesk.com). The service is a digital product delivered electronically; there is no physical shipment.

デジタル商品の特性上、ご購入後のお客様都合による返金・キャンセルはお受けしておりません。ただし、当社の責めに帰すべき重大な不具合があり通常のご利用が困難な場合には、お問い合わせ窓口までご連絡いただいた上で、個別に対応いたします。年間サブスクリプションは、次回更新日の前日までにダッシュボードまたはお問い合わせ窓口からお手続きいただくことで、次回以降の自動更新を停止できます。すでに課金済みの期間分については返金いたしかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept refunds or cancellations for reasons attributable to the customer after purchase. If the product cannot be used normally due to a material defect for which we are responsible, please contact our support desk and we will respond on a case-by-case basis. Annual subscriptions can be stopped from automatic renewal by cancelling via the dashboard or by contacting support on or before the day prior to the next renewal date. Please note that amounts already charged for the current term are non-refundable.
