公式サイト https://www.mongodesk.com のトップページにある「Download for macOS」ボタンから、Apple Silicon（M シリーズ）用または Intel Mac 用の DMG ファイルをダウンロードしてください。無料プラン・有料プランとも同じインストーラーを使用します。

From the top of https://www.mongodesk.com, click "Download for macOS" and choose either the Apple Silicon or Intel build. The same installer is used for both Free and paid plans.

ご購入決済が完了すると、ご登録のメールアドレスにライセンスキーをお送りします。また、ダッシュボード（/dashboard）の「Plan」セクションからもいつでもご確認いただけます。

A license key is emailed to the address on file immediately after a successful payment. You can also view it anytime from the Plan section of your Dashboard (/dashboard).

Pro プランは 1 ユーザーにつき 2 台（自宅とオフィスの PC 併用など）までアクティベーション可能です。Team プランは 5 ユーザー × 各 2 台までご利用いただけます。

Pro covers up to 2 devices per user (e.g. home and office Mac). Team covers 5 users with 2 devices each.

macOS のセキュリティ機能による表示です。Finder で MongoDesk アプリを右クリックし「開く」を選択すると、一度だけ起動許可の確認画面が表示されます。これで以降は通常どおり起動できます。

This is macOS Gatekeeper. Right-click the app in Finder and choose "Open" — confirm once, and the app will launch normally from then on.

Team プランのオーナー様のみが招待を発行できます。ダッシュボードの「Team」セクションから招待メールを送信してください。メールが届かない場合、迷惑メールフォルダもご確認ください。

Only the Team plan owner can send invitations. Use the Team section of your Dashboard. If the invitee does not see the email, please check their spam folder.
